Biography

Hoy Mee Chung is a patent attorney in the firm’s Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Group.

Ms. Chung focuses her practice on the prosecution, evaluation, and enforcement of patents for the firm’s multinational corporations in the pharmaceutical, bio, and chemical fields. As a licensed pharmacist, Ms. Chung’s expertise is particularly well-regarded in the services she provides, including prosecution, patent trials and litigation, infringement and validity analysis, and patent term extension issues.

Ms. Chung’s time spent living in Europe makes her perfectly suited to assist the firm’s domestic clients in their overseas disputes, and in particular, European disputes. She routinely assists our domestic clients in their appeals and litigation in front of the European courts.
