Biography

Min Ji Choi is a patent attorney in the firm’s Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Group.

Ms. Choi represents the firm’s domestic clients in the chemical, chemical engineering, and pharmaceutical fields. She focuses her practice on drafting patents for both domestic and foreign filing, office action responses, infringement and validity analysis, due diligence, and portfolio management.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Choi gained experience working for an intellectual property firm in Seoul, and has represented a wide range of clients from private individuals to research institutes, and multinational corporations.
