Biography

Youngmin Park is a patent attorney in the firm’s Mechanical Group.

Mr. Park provides his expertise to the firm’s foreign and domestic clients in the fields of optics, mechanics, semiconductors, and material science. His practice focuses on patent enforcement activities of foreign clients within Korea, as well as enforcement and ITC litigations of domestic clients. Beyond his enforcement and litigation practice, Mr. Park also provides infringement and invalidity opinions and counseling.

Aside from Korean, Mr. Park is fluent in English, Japanese, Chinese, and French. During his time at the firm, Mr. Park spent six months in Shenzen University as part of the International Exchange program and is currently earning his LL.M. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
