Biography

Ha Na Cho is a patent attorney in the firm’s Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Group.

Ms. Cho’s expertise allows her to represent both domestic and foreign clients in matters related to the chemical, chemical engineering, electronic materials, and polymer fields. She provides patent prosecution, evaluation, and enforcement services to global corporations, as well as strategic IP counseling through patent portfolio management and enforcement to help domestic companies grow.

Ms. Cho also possesses a high level of technical competency that allows her to handle patent matters combining multiple disciplines, including electrical and mechanical technologies. Her precise and versatile analysis of technology allows her to effectively collaborate with patent attorneys in other practice groups to provide her clients with the most effective protection for their IP assets.
