Patent Attorney
Ji Min Park is a patent attorney in the firm’s Mechanical Group.
Ms. Park focuses on all aspects of patent prosecution for our foreign clients, as well as representing our domestic clients in their foreign patent filings. Her technical interests focus on thermodynamics, automotive engineering, battery technologies, display driving technologies, camera modules, and software-integrated technologies.
Based on her experience in drafting patent specifications and responding to office actions in the mechanical technology field, she has strong capabilities in claim drafting with an emphasis on patentability and in logically structuring complex, integrated technologies. She also has experience in infringement and validity analyses in ICT-related fields, as well as strategic work related to U.S. patent litigation and inter partes review (IPR) proceedings.
Through her Korean Certified Valuation Analyst (KCVA) qualification, Ms. Park is able to conduct analyses that take into account not only the legal aspects of technology rights but also their economic value. She provides practical and strategic IP services tailored to her clients’ technologies and business environments.
