    Biography

    Hyung Eun Cho is a patent attorney in the firm’s Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences Group.

    Ms. Cho’s practice encompasses all aspects of patent law, with an emphasis on technologies involving bio, chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, agriculture, and food science. She primarily focuses on providing the firm’s domestic bio and pharmaceutical clients, including corporations, hospitals, universities, and research institutes, with patent portfolio evaluation and strategy, market analysis, patent mapping, and other IP strategic solutions, to go along with her front-to-end prosecution work.

    Ms. Cho’s expertise is most evident in her opinion work for the foreign prosecution of her client’s patents, as she is able to bring forth her comprehensive knowledge of global patent prosecution gained during her time at Queen Mary University of London.
