Biography

Hyo Jung Kim is a patent attorney in the firm’s Mechanical Group.

Ms. Kim focuses her practice on providing the firm’s global corporation clients with patent prosecution, enforcement, infringement and validity analysis, and prior art search services. She comfortably handles matters in the fields of mechanical devices and control systems, including metallic materials, semiconductor devices, and 3D printers, as well as technology related to automotive and heavy industries.

Prior to her legal career, Ms. Kim worked in the technology management department at Korean Air for three years, and uses her experiences to provide the firm’s clients with a practical approach to their IP strategy.
