Biography

Kyung Sik Lee is a patent attorney in the Mechanical Group, and heads the firm’s domestic mechanical division.

Mr. Lee represents the firm’s domestic clients and manages all stages relevant to the procurement of utility and design patents in the mechanical, equipment, and system fields. He also has significant experience in handling validity and infringement analysis, FTO searches, design arounds, and infringement actions.

A certified technology commercialization valuation analyst, Mr. Lee provides his clients with distinguished strategic counseling and direction to their IP R&D. Clients rely on his patent valuation, patent market research, white space analysis, and key patent selection to build and maintain their IP portfolio.
