Biography

Chul Kim is a partner in the firm’s Electrical/IT Group. Since joining the firm in 2006, he has been involved in IP matters primarily related to the electrical, electronics, and communication technology fields.

Mr. Kim’s practice involves prosecution, trials, litigations, valuation, and other IP related work. Having earned his LL.M. degree in Intellectual Property at the University of Southern California, Mr. Kim has the requisite knowledge to seamlessly provide his expertise for Korean, Japanese, and U.S. clients alike.
